Izabela’s passion for optimization has been the driving force throughout her career. In her early twenties, she ran a student painting business, where she doubled her bottom line from one year to the next while keeping revenues flat. This experience led to a realization: working smarter (not harder) is the key to making more while working less.

This insight became the foundation of the Creativ9 philosophy, where personal freedom is the driving force. This means achieving financial success while maintaining balance in life—prioritizing mental and physical wellness and making time for family, friends, hobbies, and passions.

Izabela’s strong educational background includes bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 designation. Most recently, she earned an Executive MBA from the Haskayne School of Business. Her professional experience spans the energy sector, private equity, and consulting, working with both large corporations and startups.

For the past five years, Izabela has been coaching small to medium-sized businesses on strategy and advising private capital investors. She also dedicates her time to mentoring venture founders through startup accelerator programs, helping them commercialize their products.

Outside of work, Izabela thrives on adventure and connection. She enjoys indoor rock climbing, tennis, yoga, swimming, and quality time with family and friends. Always up for a business chat, she’s happy to combine brainstorming with a tennis match or a rock-climbing session.
